Shell: Surface quality of the fan box

The casing of Yingda fans is made of high-quality Q235 hot-rolled carbon steel plates from Benxi Steel, which features high strength and corrosion resistance. The company is equipped with advanced laser cutters for material cutting, ensuring that the surface of the plates is free of scratches and has a bright appearance. The inner layer of the board is coated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint, and the outer layer is made of high-grade gray. With two layers of paint, it ensures that the equipment will not rust for a long time under outdoor working conditions.

Yingda fans are equipped with complete motor production facilities and dedicated motors for fans, all of which have passed ISO9001, high-temperature 3C fire protection certification,explosion-proof certification and energy efficiency labels. The motor should be closely matched with the fan load and adopt a B3 installation structure. The motor protection class is IP54, the insulation class is F, and the temperature rise class is B. The motor bearings should be of ball type and self-lubricating type. The motor power reserve coefficient should be taken at 110% to enhance the safety of the fan's operation.

The blades of Yingda fans are designed through multi-objective optimization based on the principles of aerodynamics. The wheel hub is formed by stamping processing. The connection between the impeller and the blades is made by riveting or welding after positioning with a template, which has the advantages of correct installation Angle and small deviation. Each impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance tests. The impeller should undergo static and dynamic balancing to reach the G2.5 balance grade of the international standard.
